Allegheny CleanWays
Allegheny CleanWays, an affiliate of PA CleanWays, is dedicated to engaging and empowering people to eliminate illegal dumping and littering in Allegheny County . We coordinate the Tireless project, a collaborative program to remove debris from the river edges; conduct workshops for community leaders on how to coordinate litter cleanups; do illegal dump cleanups in local greenways; provide equipment and technical support to local groups; and serve as a local resource for the Great PA Cleanup.

Allegheny County Parks
Their mission is to enhance the quality of life and well being of Allegheny County residents through a regional parks system that…forms an integral part of a countywide system of open spaces, greenways, and trails.

Allegheny Trail Alliance
A group of rails to trails organizations of which Friends of the Riverfront is a member that is together building the Great Allegheny Passage, a 152 mile bicycle and walking trail connecting Cumberland, MD with Pittsburgh, PA, with a 52 mile branch to the Pittsburgh International Airport.

American Trails
American Trails is the only national, nonprofit organization working on behalf of all trail interests, including hiking, bicycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, water trails, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, trail motorcycling, ATVs, snowmobiling and four-wheeling.

Bike Pittsburgh
The bicycle advocacy, safety, and community organization in Pittsburgh. Bike Pittsburgh works to transform the city into one that is safe, accessible, and friendly to bicycle transportation and recreation.
